The Venue Coordinator is responsible for the venue and their employees. They are there to manage the entire venue staff and make sure everything is running smoothly as a venue. They run the setup and tear down within the space that is their property, such as chairs, tables, dimming lights, and etc. Your Venue Coordinator will oversee the floor layout that your Wedding Coordinator creates and makes sure the venue employees set up everything correctly. Venue Coordinators are there to oversee operations as a venue overall. They make sure the temperature is set right, toilet paper is stocked in bathrooms, maintain trash, and help direct guests.
A Wedding Coordinator is responsible for you and your guests. We will be with you throughout the entire day. We are responsible for all the details of the event, from ensuring the table placements are arranged correctly, to cueing the DJ, communicating with all your vendors, creating your master timeline, confirming all vendor arrival and departure times, and so much more. We are there to make sure we are there for any vendor questions, problems that arise, or guest questions. We also coordinate the dress rehearsal, assist with cake cutting, toasts, dances, packing up any personal items you brought in, and so much more. We are here for you and your family so you can enjoy your day.
