I started Bridal Path Weddings & Events because I am pursuing my dream of owning my own business as a wedding planner. I love being a planner, I am very passionate in what I do and love every second of it! I offer every package from Day of Coordination to Full Service Coordination, with affordable prices with a promise to you of great quality work. Thank you for taking the time to read about me. Hannah Wilson

I have been with BPW&E since 2018. I have always loved celebrating and planning events so being a part of Bridal Path is perfect! Something you may not know about me is, I have been skydiving and cliff jumping! You would more than likely find me at the lake with my family. My favorite part of the wedding is watching the groom's face as his future bride walks down the aisle. That look is priceless. I enjoy spending time with my family, gardening and traveling.

MEET THE TEAM

God has blessed me and I give Him all the glory.

 I was only 14 years old at the time and raised enough donations to travel and do mission work in Cambodia. I had no idea until I got there that I was so spoiled living in America. When I was there, I had the opportunity to visit the Rapha International. Rapha International is a rescue home for trafficked children that help rescue and rehabilitate the children. Rapha International is a place to help free these innocent children that had been sold into this awful business. They are the ones that LOVE, RESCUE, and give HOPE to these children. When I was at Rapha International, I gave a devotion to all the abused girls. At the time, they were all girls just like me between ages 5-21 years old. Walking into this at the age of 14, I understood that all these girls needed love. I told them how we should love one another and that this was God’s first and greatest commandment.

From that very moment, I realized that God placed me there to make a difference in the world with my passion and heart to help stop human trafficking and bring awareness to everyone I came encounter with.

Investment

The Full Service Coordination package includes every little detail down to the nitty gritty. As your personalized wedding planner, we will work one on one with you throughout the entire process until the day you say “I Do”. You will have access to your own online client lounge to access your timeline, budget, vendor contacts, ceremony notes, and packing list.

This package can include:
Day of event management, Create the master timeline, Budget and checklist management, Reception and ceremony layout plan design, Invitation coordination & assist with design, Hotel accommodations: coordinating blocks of rooms at selected hotels, Décor, assist with developing your style, colors, & theme, Transportation coordination for bridal party and guests, Communication with consultant, via email (unlimited), We set up/pack up all your decor & personal items the day of event, Vendor confirmation emails/calls week of wedding, Assistance with menu selections, Vendor contract negotiations, Planning meetings (unlimited), Vendor/Connecting recommendations, 1 hour dress rehearsal coordination, Unlimited hours day of event, Wedding day emergency kit, 1 BPW&E Assistant, Vendor Meetings (unlimited), Venue Selections

The Custom Coordination package is for the bride that wants more than just what the Month of
Coordination package offers, but not all the nitty gritty details of what the Full Service Coordination
package offers. This package allows you to customize what fits your needs. You will get everything that
is in the Month of Coordination package plus two vendor consultation meetings of your choosing that we will attend, along with one extra planning meeting.

Here are a few options below for you to add on at an additional cost:  
Starts at eight months, Four planning meetings, Two vendor meetings, Day of event management, Create the Master timeline, Budget and checklist management, we set up/ pack up decor and personal items the day of event, Vendor confirmation emails/calls week of wedding, Vendor/connecting recommendations, one BPW&E assistant, Wedding day emergency kit, Up to 12 hours day of event, Final Venue walk through. 

For those of you who want just a month of planning this is where you can have help with crossing your t’s and dotting your I’s for your big day. The month of wedding you need to relax and prepare yourself for your big day. Let Bridal Path Weddings & Events take care of the rest. You will have two planning sessions with us, first one 8-10 weeks out and the second one 4-6 weeks out from wedding date. You will have access to your own online client lounge to access your timeline, budget, vendor contacts, ceremony notes, and packing list. 

This package can include:
Starts at 3 months, 2 Planning Meetings, Day of event management, Create the master timeline, Budget and checklist management, 1 BPW&E assistant, We set up/pack up all your decor & personal items the day of event, Vendor confirmation emails/calls week of wedding, Final venue walk through, Wedding day emergency kit, up to 12 hours day of event

The Day of Coordination is perfect for those brides that want that one person who can cue everyone on
point and make the day go seamlessly. You will have access to your own online client lounge to access
your timeline, budget, vendor contacts, ceremony notes, and packing list. We will meet 4-6 weeks out
from the wedding date for your planning session to go over everything.  

Starts at 4-6 weeks, 1 planning meeting, Day of event management, Create the master timeline, We set up all your decor & personal items the day of event, Vendor confirmation emails/calls week of wedding, Final venue walk through, Wedding day emergency kit, 8 hours day of event
